Rosario's is more than a restaurant. It's the project of one woman who built something from scratch — on her own terms.

Rosario is a single mother from Mexico with two daughters. She opened this space because she wanted Toronto to have a place where Mexican food is honest, fresh and made with real care. Not a chain. Not a concept. A kitchen with a story behind it.

For a long time, we only opened on weekends. Now Rosario's is open Tuesday through Saturday — and has turned in to a very important venue for the local Latin artistic community and all Canadian local artists in general that want to showcase their music and talent, with a full menu of fresh Mexican food, live music on weekends and an atmosphere that turns a meal into a night worth remembering.
